Rent, Deposits & Fees
Below is a list of financial information about renting a Townhome at Toler Place or renting one of Toler Places many mini-storage units that are also on site.

• Monthly Rent is $1260.
  
• Application Fee is $25.
  
• The Security Deposit is $630.
  
• Pet Deposits are $400 per dog and $200 per cat; pets must be less than 30 pounds and non dangerous breeds. Half is non-refundable. The maximum number of pets is three. Pet deposits may be paid in installments.
  
• 9.5 foot by 21 foot storage units rent for $115 per month.
  
• 5 foot by 8 foot storage units rent for $45 per month.
  
• All Townhome leases are for 12 or 24 months, except if the initial lease starts in December, January or February, then the initial lease will be for 15 or 27 months.
  
• All mini-storage leases are for 6 months and then become month-to-month.
  
• Tenants are liable for all damage in their unit and on the property caused by the tenants, their pets and their guests and for all damage due to any of their or their guests' negligence and all more than normal wear and tear. Costs for repairs made to fix such damage are to be paid by tenants in their next month's rent or from their security deposits if departing.
